Great Debates & Updates Series, its contractors, and attending news media may be photographing or videotaping scientific sessions and events at the meeting. By attending Great Debates & Updates series, attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow their image to be used by Great Debates & Updates series in association publications, on the Great Debates & Updates series website, and in marketing and promotional materials. Attendees at Great Debates & Updates series waive all claims against Great Debates & Updates series for any liability resulting from these uses.
REGISTRATION FEE INCLUSIONS
Registration fees include admittance to all scientific sessions, conference materials, processing of certificates of attendance or continuing medical education, and all event functions as specified in the agenda.
Cancellation requests for Great Debates & Updates in Gastrointestinal Malignancies Series must be received in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or postmarked by 30 days out from meeting. A cancellation fee of $100.00 (or full registration amount, whichever is less) will be deducted from the refund.
Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to someone else without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name by 1 day before meeting start date.
For our live meeting, please note: once you click the button to receive your Visa Invitation letter, your registration fees cannot be refunded.
Cancellations received after date of event will not be refunded or provided a voucher. If you do not cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of whether you participated in the event.
Credit vouchers may be offered should the program be suspended or shortened due to conditions or circumstances beyond HMP’s control, including but not limited to interruptions in internet services, power outages, and any cancellations/modifications related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

No individual or entity may electronically record or broadcast any portion of Great Debates & Updates in Gastrointestinal Malignancies Series without prior written consent of HMP. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during sessions without the express written consent of HMP is strictly prohibited. Press representatives must receive a press pass and photo/recording permission from HMP. HMP reserves the rights to any approved audio and video production of presentations at all HMP events.

What is Great Debates & Updates mask policy?

Will social distancing be implemented?
Great Debates & Updates has secured additional venue space to allow for attendees to spread out and reduce crowding. Please refrain from handshakes and embracing as an extra precaution and continue to follow all CDC guidelines. Consider using digital alternatives to share contact information. Ample hand sanitizer stations will be available; please wash your hands often, cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue or elbow, and stay home if you are sick.
How will meeting rooms be set up?
Attendees can expect general classroom seating at distances to accommodate attendee comfort levels with increased cleaning protocols.
